I want you to be completely happy with your hat. If you have any problem with your order, for example if it is faulty or an incorrect order, you can return the hat within 10 days from the date of purchase.

When can I return a hat?
You can return a hat in the following circumstances:
- If the product arrives faulty or broken
- If there has been an error with the order
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations can only be made up to 24 hours after making the order. I can not cancel an order if I have already started to make the hat.
How to return my product?
First of all contact us on email@example.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Product you wish to return
- Whether you would like a refund or a repair/replacement
Once we send you confirmation, you will need to send back the product, and as soon as we receive it we will return the amount in full.
How much will I be refunded.
You will be refunded in full for any faulty or incorrect items.
What is the cost to return the product?
There is no cost, we will pay all costs necessary to return the product.
